DNA ATTACHMENT SCIENTIST

PhD scientist to work in a team dedicated to refining strategies for binding DNA to surfaces. You will ideally have a scientific background in the attachment of macromolecules to solid supports or surface characterisation/chemistry. Overall, a broad scientific background, experience in molecular biology applications, a flexible approach to work and a keen interest in hands-on problem solving is desirable.

Formulation scientist required to carry out various tasks within pharmaceutical laboratory to support pharmaceutical device and product development. This will include developing and validating formulations. You will also perform product characterisation testing and interpret data. With a first degree in pharmacy or a related field, you will have some experience using various types of formulation equipment and perhaps physical properties test equipment.

EMBEDDED C S/W ENGINEER	Reference S448/1
With a good degree in a technical subject and at least two years experience of using C in demanding applications. Desirable experience:- Embedded MCU's,low level Device Driver Design,O/S Design,Embedded RTOS Design.

SOFTWARE TEAM LEADER	Reference S412/2
You will need at least three years experience of C programming for Real Time applications with embedded microprocessors. Experience of any of the following would be useful :- Device Drivers, Win32, OOA/OOD, RTOS, MMI.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER	Reference S402/2
Degree/HND qualified, experience with AutoCad 13/14 able to produce 3D layouts and component drawings. Several years experience in product development required.

TECHNICAL AUTHOR	Reference M461/6
Ideally you will have Computer Science degree or equivalent. Unix experience - shell scripting. Knowledge of HTML (SGML or XML an advantage) also knowledge of Tcl or Perl useful

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER	Reference S480/2
Require to set up, install, support and service systems in the UK. Experience of C, knowledge of digital image systems and also optical and electron microscopes would be useful.

UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION	Reference S476/2
Several years experience of Unix administration with knowledge of IP-based network configuration and problem tracking for network services. Experience of shell, Perl or Tcl required.

TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE	Reference M434/4
Previous sales experience in IT preferably with an ISP. You will be responsible client relations, new business, brochures, corporate image, tradeshows, etc.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER	Reference M431/3
Degree or above in a relevant subject with experience in the integration of top level busness solutions. Knowledge of the architecture of client-server systems. Understanding of S/W development cycle. Experience of utilities/telcoms an advantage.
